With more than 20 years of ministry leadership experience, Mike has served churches through seasons of growth, revitalization, transition, and organizational change. His work has included executive leadership, discipleship strategy, staff alignment, financial oversight, facilities management, leadership development, and church revitalization.
Mike’s passion is coming alongside pastors and churches to bring clarity, health, and momentum. He believes churches thrive when leaders are aligned, teams are healthy, strategy is clear, and ministries are intentionally focused on making disciples.
Mike and his wife, Amanda, have been married for 20 years and have four children.
